Blizzard has hotfixed the Void Emissaries in Beguiling keystones and changed the way that the Queen's Decree: Hide ability works and making this Emissary easier to deal with.

Nothing has changed with the
虚触使者
passive True Sight aura
虚空视界
. However, they have made a change to the way

works. Instead of
女王法令：隐藏
triggering the
女王法令：隐藏
buff on itself, it now applies
女王法令：隐藏
as a debuff
to all players hit
. This effect is still the same, increasing Shadow damage taken by 50%, but this change makes the Void Emissary much easier to deal with and opens a new strategy of dealing with a poorly placed
虚触使者
.
Previously, the
女王法令：隐藏
buff would stack to 5 stacks making every cast of
虚空视界
lethal and it would retain those 5 stacks until it died or the players did. This meant that the only efficient strategy was to zerg it down before the 3rd cast and using defensives on the 2nd.
As
女王法令：隐藏
is now an 11 second debuff on players, this means that as long as players line-of-sight every other cast, they will never take more than the minimum damage of the casts, greatly focusing the need to zerg the
虚触使者
to death. This debuff can also be prevented or removed by immunities, giving these classes a leg up with dealing with the
虚触使者
.
New Strategy Possibility
In addition, a new strategy is viable for deadly
虚触使者
packs now. You're able to pull the mobs that the
虚触使者
is grouped with to a safe line-of-sight location and defeat them first. Then, move up and deal with the Void Emissary itself. Previously, if you did this, by the time you reach the Void Emissary, it would be fully stacked and one-shotting on every
虚空视界
cast. But with the change to the debuff, when you get there, it's like you just pulled it.
