recently published an Art Blast focused on the visuals for
Eternity's End
. The piece featured several Blizzard artists focusing on their particular specialty. We thought we'd take a look at the work that each artist does for World of Warcraft and their featured artwork.
Calvin Boice was featured as a Character Artist.
Character Artist
Character artists design the characters that you see in the game environment. From NPCs with their costumes and items, to pets, mounts, creatures, and mobs, the character artists were responsible for the design of all of the inhabitants of Zereth Mortis.
Boice's pieces, at once sinister and whimsical, bring out the personalities of the people and creatures that we meet as we venture forth into Zereth Mortis.

Boice's work for World of Warcraft includes weapon concepts for Shadowlands and the Warlock pet updates in Legion.
