Archivist's Codex Socket and Conduit Upgrades Not Account Wide

Ve'nari rewards were eventually made account wide a couple weeks into Patch 9.0.5 but unfortunately the Archivist's Codex reputation rewards don't appear to be account wide. If you want to buy Conduit or Socket upgrades, you'll need to grind the reputation on each character.

from Complexity Limit who reached Rank 6 with the Archivist's Codex and letting us know about this.
He noticed that the
合金扭曲刻面仪
and
缚亡碎片
are not purchasable on his alts on the same Battle.net account which means that it's likely that these items are not account wide. This means that you'll need to grind Archivist's Codex reputation for each character that you want sockets and conduit upgrades on.
This is similar to the way that Ve'nari reputation originally worked in Patch 9.0. However, shortly after Patch 9.0.5 went live, Blizzard pushed a hotfix that allowed
Ve'nari reputation to be account wide
. Will Blizzard do the same for Archivist's Codex reputation shortly after 9.1.5 launches?
