All Legacy Legendary Effects Disabled in Legion Timewalking Mage Tower

In a hotfix on Friday, new spells and effects were added to the ban list for the Legion Timewalking Mage Tower. This bans all legacy Legendary weapon effects from activating inside the Mage Tower.
Legacy Legendary Weapon Disabled in Mage Tower
Some Patch 9.1.5 hotfixes were applied on Friday in preparation for the upcoming Legion Timewalking in a month. This hotfix removes the ability for old legendary effects to proc while in the Mage Tower.
The weapon may still be equipped and player will benefit from the innate stats (including gem slots), but any special effects will not be usable:

Here is a list of the current banned effects in the Legion Timewalking Mage Tower.
Shadowlands Covenant-related effects
(Covenant Abilities, Soulbinds, Conduits)
Shadowlands Legendary Gear effects
Shadowlands Shards of Domination effects
Battle for Azeroth Azerite effects
(Azerite Gear and Traits, Azerite Essences)
Legion Legendary effects
(these were already tagged as Legacy content but will not be returning for the Mage Tower)
Warlords of Draenor Legendary Ring effects
Warlords of Draenor Legendary Cloak effects
Mists of Pandaria Legendary Meta Gem effects
If you plan on making a gear set for the Mage Tower, make sure it doesn't include any of these effects.
