8.1 PTR - Nerfs to AoE Burst DPS (WW, Frost, Havoc, Arms) Adjusted in Next PTR Build

Most of the classes that are capable of strong burst AOE saw similar nerfs in the latest patch notes. So it's not so much a WW nerf as it is a nerf to AOE Burst DPS in general. WW actually didn't get it nearly as bad as a lot of other classes did.

冰霜巨龙之怒 Summons a frostwyrm who breathes on all enemies within 40 yd in front of you, dealing (300%270% of Attack power) Frost damage and slowing movement speed by 50% for 10 sec.

眼棱 Blasts all enemies in front of you, dealing guaranteed critical strikes for a total of 7.5%6.375% of Attack power) * 10 * 2] Chaos damage over 2 sec. Your primary target takes 50% increased damage.

怒雷破 Pummels all targets in front of you, dealing 120.75%106.3% of Attack power)] damage over 4 sec to your primary target and 120.75%106.3% of Attack power) * 50 / 100] damage over 4 sec to other targets. Can be channeled while moving.
