You can get this item from
at Theramore´s Fall scenario (lvl85).
Hey guys I heard you just lost a major base and foothold in Kalimdor, it's leader is outraged and method used in destruction horrible. Many people just gave their lives serving the Alliance until the bitter end. And a reward to the survivors was a bundle of fireworks.
Signed: A confused Horde shaman.

- Work In Progress :
is back in the game and is obtainable though the Lunar Festival holiday event.
- You can buy the toy from
- This is “bind on pick up” so it will be added to your Toy Box for all your Alliance characters to use.
- Do not buy both fireworks! You only need to buy one toy,
. When you log on the other faction the toy will convert.
- This item became a toy, which allows all your Alliance characters to use this item.
originally entered the game as a rare drop that came from
from the very first scenario,
. This item was only available for a week, just before the Mists of Pandaria expansion.
Other Toy Box items like it:
This item is currently available from the Theramore scenario. It might not be around for long so you might want to get one soon if you're a completist.
If you turn up your particle density it actually looks really nice, but with low particle density it looks more or less like any other firework.
Doesn't incur a cooldown for
both can be used at the same time.
Question of availability at 90 seems to have been answered at Best Buy Q&A
Will the gear in Theramore's Fall 85 version be available in the 90 version?
The gear and the rewards for the 85 version are only available now. The 90 version has standard scenario rewards (Valor and a chance at a dungeon blue)
Any idea what the drop rate of this thing is?
No mention on Armory either.
70 runs so far and no firework for me. I've seen 5 people get it, 3 of them on their first run. I have probably found 8 spears, 5 helmets, and 3 guns so far. I saved one of each, but now they are just vendor trash. Also, I did have a box with nothing but gold inside one time. My bank has about 280 regular fireworks now too.
1: Why are the non-permanent fireworks soulbound? I am probably going to be throwing away hundreds, maybe thousands if I get the permanent one...
2: Why does this need to be a low-drop item? It has a 3-minute CD and isn't even an epic.
EDIT: 90 runs and still nothing. I've given up on seeing the firework unfortunately, Blizzard has been putting way too many time sinks in the game lately. I'll probably just get the Queuing Spree achievement and call it done.
didnt manage to get it. Oh well. :<
Seems to finally be coming back again as an engineer's crafted item in WoD!
If you have only this item and don't have its counterpart - don't worry - after you learn this other will be added automatically.
Is this currently obtainable now with WoD's release via
? I haven't seen it yet.
If you are after the two toys from the Lunar Festival, please take note that you just need to buy the Horde or the Alliance version. The counterpart will be added automatically to your Toy Box; luckily, it works like the Argent banner toys.
Two birds with one stone, or better, two Toys with 25 Coins :)
This item is now sold by
x25 during the Lunar Festival.
You don't have to be engineer to buy or use it and the Horde-version of this toy is also automatically added to your toybox.
I just bought
in Moonglade for
. However, you only need to buy one of the two versions (
). Once you learn one of the two, the other one is automatically added to the Toy Box. They count as seperate toys and both count towards
. Also there is
no Engineering Schematic sold
for this item. You buy the Toy directly from
thus Engineering is not required
. Happy flying :)
