Personally I'm happy to see fishing related items like this added which makes the profession more fun.

As suggested perhaps with different colour/style to differentiate from the TCG Fishing Chair to address those concerns.

Today on the beta server, the Fishing Chair on the Black Market, along with other trading card items being sold by Landro Longshot, so it looks like it will become more common in that way anyhow.

Never trust a Goblin when he offers an exclusive deal...

The chair disappears after 5 minutes!
I mean, who's fishing for 5 minutes?
It took a lot more than just 5 minutes to catch rare fish, but the chair looks fantastic.

I wonder if you can set this up while on your fishing raft? I only ask because I know you can set out a floating camp fire to cook on while still floating.

As an owner of the original TCG Fishing Chair; I'm a little upset that this one is not any different..
I feel like it should at least have a tackle box with wiggling worms on one side and the booze holder on the other. Also maybe have a more "water" themed coloration.
This will be absolutely useless to me. :\

In all honesty they should have given us Nat's Hat as an Best Friends reward with Nat Pagle and made the chair a vendor item.

Was not added to my toy box retroactively when 6.0 hit, despite having the requisite achievement.

Edit: I opened a ticket and a GM verified my achievement and gave me the item.

Bummer that this can't be used by other players if you put it down.

I'm out questing in Gorgrond and see someone fishing in a pond. So I join them and do the silent fishing thing that we do with our fisherbretheren. After a while, I lay it down and a Mushroom Chair for myself. I offer them the chair and they tell me only I can use it.

It will sit on the water's surface if you have 冰霜之路 active. It will stay there until it despawns.

For some reason (not sure if this is a bug) you can't use this in your garrison?
I get the error message: "You can't do that right now."
I step literally a foot outside the garrison zone and it lets me use it.

they should change this to Nat's Dead Fish Cool Down, because as of this writing, that's all you get now when you try to use it, no chair just a non-interactive dead fish on the ground and a CD.

As of this moment Nat's Fishing Chair doesn't work with Battle for Azeroth.
When using the toy instead of putting down the fishing chair, you simply place a fish on the ground, which can not be interacted with.
Have submitted a bug report.

I bought the chair for 89 copper.... right now have only seen it as a fish on the ground. None too happy but glad to have the crimson strider.

Chair is also now free in my mailbox but I don't regret spending the copper.

Anyone experiencing a bug (feature?) in BfA with the chair? I just tried to summon it and all I got is a fish on the ground. No chair.

As of today (10/10/2018) The chair is stil broken in BfA 8.0 - if you will try to use the toy You will just simply put down a fish, same like others bellow described. Time to send another bug report that we have still in this pre-release beta expansion....

If anyone is wondering why it's currently placing a fish instead of a chair, when 8.0 was deployed there was a bug in the pole of the parasol of the chair. This made it become a solid object that you could collide with and, more problematic, other players could too. Placing multiple chairs close to each other could block off paths, or lock players in a chair-made jail. It was hotfixed, so they're well aware of its current state.

As of November 16, 2018, Nat's Fishing Chair is still broken. Helpful response to the WoW ticket I placed:

With Nat's Fishing Chair, there is currently a bug being worked on by the Devs, so it is temporarily being turned into a fish, I'm afraid. Once they have been fixed, it should be turned back into a chair, as found here: https://support.blizzard.com/article/000170083

When you use this toy, the chair will place facing away from you. So make sure you're facing the same direction you want to be facing when sitting in it :)

Just got the chair -- twice! When I reached Best Friend, Nat had a chair to sell me for something like 99 copper, and then another chair showed up in the mail. Unfortunately, my toy box only wanted one of them so the other languishes in my bank.
