might be amusing in pvp. A DK charging you would have most ppl go "wft ?"
Drops from Dak the Breaker (a rare elite in Dread Wastes).
Has a 25 yard range and a 2 minute cooldown as it suggests.
Briefly turns your character into that a Yaungol when you charge.
While the trinket states that it doesn't work on targets above level 91, unless it is a bug it is only the damage and stun that fail to work, you can still charge your target.
More of a pvp item though as it's only 400 dps even if it does do damage.
work in pvp at the moment. Error 'You are in the wrong zone', makes the item a little less valuable I'd think.

Must be some windchimes.
This is hilarious with Warriors, a free charge. I just got this on my Warrior, its works great.
Finally a reason for my Paladin to Transmog the Valor set. Don't hate. I can charge now! Bringing Valorpally back.
I'm curious as to how the Yaungol ritual to detect the weather must work with this trinket.
was hoping this item would enable me to solo the level 90 monk rares as a shadow priest, but to no avail, after the stun/knock down thing they just start recasting..
was hoping for a silence--->stun--->silence----> maybe trinket up again
seriously blizzard allow psychic horror to count as an interrupt in pve or something
For some reason the following lyrics crosses my mind while looking at this item:
Raise your swords up high!
See the black birds fly!
Let them hear your rage!
Show no fear!
"Cry Of The Black Birds"
Does not work in dungeons (including pandaren ones). Error 'You are in the wrong zone' :_(
If you are an add-on author wanting to work around Blizzard not being "helpful" when you want to estimate range, then this is just about the only *item* in the game with a 25 yard range. A "if IsItemInRange(86567,"target") == 1 then etc" does the trick just nicely.
(Spells abound for 25 yards but you would need to use one different spell for each class, therefore complicating and slowing down your add-on)
Just got this trinket in hopes that it would work in the Pandarian capital cities ( Shrine of the Two Moons and Shrine of the Seven Stars ). Sadly it does not. When you try using it you got " You are in the Wrong Zone ".
They have now, as of 5.2, lifted the zone-requirement. You can use this anywhere (Still need to test BGs, but heres a screenshot of it in Duotar:)
Edit: Can now be used in battlegrounds aswell:
Have to agree with the poster below this is really great for a PVP warrior. The whole charge+knockdown giving you time to slap on another hammy or piercing howl is invaluable. Possibly best 85 warrior trinket -certainly more clutch than any trinket I can think of save for the PVP trinket. 11/10 just for being able to make hunters want to avoid you every now and then.
Wowhead tooltip says "Unique", while in-game tooltip says "Unique-Equipped". Appears that this discrepancy is caused by the wrong in-game tooltip, while Wowhead's tooltip is correct. For example, we can't put this item into Void Storage, and if we try, we get the following in-game error message: "You cannot deposit unique items in void storage".
Heya Blizzard, How about turning this item into a toy? Like we all don't know that you read this website :P
A more knowledgeable individual than myself might make a list of all the items which counter knockbacks. So far I know of this, Smoldering Titanguard & Draught of Souls. But are there more out there?
I guess it doesn't matter, if the goddamned thing never drops. Seriously; I've killed this Rare over 20 times since making this post originally; nothing but rare quality armor and a grey.
Finally dropped today. I checked my item restoration list and counted up all the Pandaria rare items (mostly some type of chest armor) that the character I was using to farm this item had vended, and it was somewhere near 25. So, about 25 kills got me this trinket. Hope this helps. This thing is awesome for countering knockback mechanics!
Good trinket for Aggramar encounter @Antorus.
You can charge after knockback.
