Do the contents of the bag change depending on what professions the toon who opens it has?
I opened it on my Jewelcrafter and got about 14 elementium ore and a Jasper.
If it always contains this, it seems meh, but if the contents change depending on the professions, this could be very convenient.

Worth noting that if you're farming these for Jewelcrafting, as long as you don't kill any bosses, you can kill both guys that drop this and then run out and reset the instance. This will net you 20 bags per one hour instance lockout.

Killing both bosses, exiting and resetting the instance takes exactly 2 minutes, which makes math pretty easy.
Doing the instance 10 times and hitting the instance limit per hour will take you 20 minutes.
In those 20 minutes you will get 20 Giant Sacks, each containing and average of 11.2 or so ore, for a total of 224.7 Elementium Ore on average.

Sidenote, the postmaster will not pick this up for you.
