I miss the
from the Wrath levels; I wonder if they'll make another one just for Alchemists? I'd happily trade a bit less mana-return for an endless lifespan.
Compared to mana potions of previous tiers, these don't drop commonly from various mobs. Due to the changes of how potions can be used back in 3.0, this means that these won't devalue as quickly as those in WotLK. In WotLK mana potions dropped quite frequently (like in classic and BC), but weren't used in big numbers so you could often find them on the AH slightly above the vendor price. You could say it took Blizzard a whole expansion to do this change.
A Volcanic Potion is comparable mana return with replenishment and cooldown use
Mighty Rejuvenation Potion
got buffed to give the same amount of mana as this potion (it gave 2k less back on Cataclysm release), there's no real point in using regular mana potions anymore. Since you only get one potion per fight anyway (not much point in pre-potting mana potions!) it usually doesn't matter when you use it, so you can simply use it at a time when you're not at full health. The same amount of mana and ~8k free healing.
Can these be used in RBGs and Arenas?
Would someone please shed some light on this question for me please? I see what it says on here it Restores 9250 to 10750 mana. (1 Min Cooldown). However the one i can make only restores 10k mana and i have another website telling me another thing. Is this because i am not a potion master or is this because the potion itself has been changed? Thanks
