It also seems they capped the scaling on 4 bolts per cloth stack.
Lets just hope this isn't like LK was on its beginning, when cloth costed %^&*loads compared to leather or metal and tailoring was a pain to level up.
Does anyone know if they'll be making regular bags bigger than frostweave? I've been looking for it, crossing my fingers.
From what I can see, they made couple of overhauls to tailoring:
1. There is no longer any need to upgrade or 'enchant' your bolts to make higher level items (no more imbued bolts!). Good thing in my opinion, less competition for the Enchanting mats, the better.
2. No more threads.
3. No more seperate 'weaves' for all items, convenient feature.
How do I make these? The trainer in Org. doesn't offer it......the tailoring supplies guy doesn't sell the pattern. I'm 450 in tailoring yet I can't level up my tailoring? I'm obviously missing something.
Very confused am I obviously.
The pattern is there, but buried back in the 425 level patterns at the trainer. I missed it the first time around too.
I found a "create all bolts of embersilk" macro. It will work for other professions, obviously just change certain things. Pretty useful. Enjoy!
#showtooltip Embersilk Cloth
/run for i=1,GetNumTradeSkills() do x,_,y=GetTradeSkillInfo(i); if x =="Bolt of Embersilk Cloth" then CloseTradeSkill() DoTradeSkill(i,y) break end end
Side note: If you have a filter on your tailoring window such as "has skill up", the macro will only work if that spell gives you a skill up...
Bolt of embersilk cloth, or bolts of any cloth, tend to go for a higher price than the cloth itself. So if you are a tailor, i suggest you create any extra cloth into bolts if you plan on selling it. People are lazy, and they will pay any price if it saves them time. Just my friendly hint of advice.
