They are iLvl 35 so they are BC Enchantable.
Given an item level of 35, it can take TBC enchants. I just put the +20 sp enchant on the "of the vision" version.
I got +7 agi +7 stamina - of the Monkey, nothing unusual.
I got an 'of the vision' +12 spell power, +6 intellect, +3 stamina
The Bandit version is the same as the Wild version, just 2 more stamina.
I just got it from Gnomeregan, i got the Vigorous Handguards of the Bandit... i think theres more than 1 Vigorous Handgaurds of the... thats why it just says the Vigorous Handgaurds part. This is completely pointless as it says all of the other Handgaurds above :P
Those gloves remind me how much Blizzard have changed the game at low levels giving to the people supreme items for free. The Gauntlets of Deftness
an ilevel 63 have 23 agility and 10 stamina and the Vigorous Handguards of the Bandit give 7 stamina 7 agility and 15 Ap.
Another example would be Razzeric's Racing Grips which have 8 agility and 9 stamina and require A LOT of effort to get at level 29.
Well when you consider that hardly anyone (at least on the servers I play) does the older instances. It feels more like a rush to the end game, so this is perhaps Blizzard's way of encouraging players to still play out the lower end content.
I wonder what one would do vigorously with these gloves...
Ok, so it's not the cheapest, but you can put
this silly enchant
on these gloves, and at level 24+ (if you get lucky with a random dungeon drop) that is a lot of hit, which allows you to take on much higher level mobs.
That of course means you level faster, so the whole thing becomes redundant sooner, but hey, that's the price you pay for a spioled alt;)

Looking to add this set to your
collection? Here are the all of the pieces of the set that I could locate, with some suggestions to what may fit with the set:
These are slightly out of place, but the best that I could locate on my own:
- this item is the closest thing to go with the set that I could find, but as you can see it looks out of place.
Fist (Main Hand):
or Horde-only item:
. Alliance version does not fit with set.
Dagger (Main Hand):
Held In Off-Hand:
I was unable to locate anything else, or think of anything else that may fit with this set. If you want me to add to this set, please upvote or downvote this post, along with a comment, and I will come check to see what you have suggested. Keep in mind that these pieces are all leather (I am aware that some of the weapons cannot be used by leather-wearing classes).
This list needs some Head and Back slot ideas.
Thanks for any input to help add (or remove) any of the items on this list.
Ugh. I have a level 49 druid that I just found out needs these for his transmog set...FML. I may just delete and re-roll...just for one pair of gloves.
I have been running a lot of random dungeons, to get my hands on these: Handguards (of the Bandit), cause I'm building a level 24 twink rogue.
Only two of the post's on this page are from year 2012, and I'm wondering if these gloves eaven drop anymore for a level 24 player, cause i never saw a single gloves in the .
On WoWhead they say its a level 24-34 drop.
Can anyone confirm they actualy drop for a level 24 character, or if WoW have changed the level requirements for the ?
I made another post about the neck, related to this issue
As verified by a GM, it is currently NOT possible to obtain this item as a level 24. Here's the ticket response I got:
Thank you for your ticket.
As we discussed in-game, the range for Gnomeregan as Random Dungeon is 26-29, so you can not obtain those items you mention untill at least 26.
for players below the dungeon finder minimum, I suggest the hound masters gloves from scarlet monastery.
