That's the November's Brew that you can get it if you are a member of "Brew of the Month club".

After drinking it you get a buff called Nauseous that after it expires (or right click it) makes your character spew...

You can also spew on other people (yes i know you wanted it so bad) and get the covered with Vomit

If you vomit on another player they have a chance of getting the Nauseous buff as well. Doesn't work for NPCs.

For once, we found nothing overly frightening about this month's brew...it is just EXTREMELY strong alcohol.

As a matter of fact, a single bottle of it contains roughly 50% of a lethal dose of it. Have seconds at your own risk.

It should be noted that because of the high alchohal content, your stomach will often attempt to purge (hack, spew, puke, barf) the contents of your stomach. Needless to say that if you do this ONTO someone else, they too will likely toss their cookies. This has the potential to create horrendous trains of beer puking and spewing the likes of which the world has never seen before.
