Does anyone know if it is clickable together with Essence of the Martyr? That would give some truly spectacular lifebloom ticks as a well geared druid would be able to break 2700 healing when starting a stack.

.. You guys are abusing comment ratings.

1: This trinket should not be activatable with other healing trinkets.
1.1: uliko is correct, only old-world trinkets are activatable with current tbc healing trinkets. e.g hibernation crystal can be activated without activating a cooldown on essence.
1.2: Blizzard would not allow double activatable trinkets because it would be overpowered for Earth Shield and said HoTs.
1.3: Blizzard nerfed the Oshugun quest reward trinket (green), which was not activating a cooldown on secondary onUse healing trinket.
1.4: If this trinket does not activate the a cooldown on a secondary trinket, it will be nerfed soon.

2.0: I would use this trinket as a Paladin. Emperically, 8mp5 = 21spell crit. This means that this trinket has a value of 4.725% spell crit.
2.1: 396 healing onUse is potentially huge - I would recommend using it whenever it's up and downranking your current heal by 1 rank; it would heal for the same amount but cost significantly less mana and therefore save you mana.

This is one of the items your healers will want to come to ZA to pickup, especially Resto Druids; this item will last you until level 80 and a bit after that.

Outstanding mp5 and the click that can be used right before a big heal or casting a few HoTs for burst healing.

Not to mention this is nice for grinding as well, 22 +damage and some extra mana is great.

Kinda sad that before this I couldn't find anything to replace my Rejuvenating Gem from BWL with.

This trinket gives you a theoretical maximum of 396 / 6 = 66 heal, which happens to be the same amount as Rejuv gem. Practically, the average heal is much lower, since popping it on every available CD is rarely needed, especially when fighting trash (I am currently using Essence of the Martyr and Rejuv Gem). The insane amount of MP5 however makes up for it. Couple it with Memento of Tyrande and you have the best trinket combo for all healing classes.

This trinket was godly before they nerfed lifebloom rolls.

Still one of the best healing trinkets out there, I chucked my Rejuv Gem for it.

As a Holy Pally playing 2's with an SL Warlock, I've found that this trinket is more valuable than any other trinket I have available currently (Essence of the Martyr, LC Prayer Book, Scarab, Ribbon, Redeemer's Stone, Pendant of the Violet Eye) since the majority of our games are about winning the mana fight and in particular, for me to outlast the other healer.

Before, I opted for the Scarab for it's handy haste proc and 70 healing but I've found it's more beneficial to stack MP5 for my particular 2's without wearing PvE gear as that's an invitation for the other team to focus-fire me. If we go up against double-DPS teams I pop the use effect for additional +healing on my lock. With the 2 minute CD, I've been known to use this 4-5 times a match.

Since it's been hinted at but never stated in an overly clear tried-and-tested fashion:

You can use this and Essence of the Martyr together and activate them at the same time. They have the same duration and the same cooldown. Macroed together, you get one "super-trinket" that gives you 693 healing and 231 spell damage for 20 seconds.

Expect this to be changed in 3.0 when healing is changed to spell power, to prevent people from getting too much burst damage. But for now, you can double-trinket all you want.
