Kir of Cenarius here. Just spoke to a GM about this, asking what the deal was. They said it's a part of something in game, and that we'll have to wait for more info/check the forums. Does it mean Nerf or buff? I don't know. He then proceded to "Self Destruct" the message... Sometimes I wonder.

Probably a dumb question.. but how do you imbue it?
I have the shards and the cloak.. but no matter what i do, nothing happens.
