One of the many boxes of goodies available to players on the 2.1 PTR should they be honored with the Violet Eye. Each class got a box with Gear allowing them a fair shot at the Black Temple - each box contained gear, and a second box which, surprisingly, contained more gear. Sadly not available on live, no matter how hard one wishes.
