Revered version of the caster ring that gets upgraded, similarly to the AQ40 rings, as you progress through reputation levels with "The Scale of the Sands", as you get reputation in the instance: Caverns of Time: Battle of Mount Hyjal.

You receive the friendly version of the ring once you turn in the quest "The Vials of Eternity", after killing Lady Vashj in Serpentshrine Cavern and Kael'thas Sunstrider in Tempest Keep: The Eye.

iLvl on this should be 144. This and the caster one are wrong for some strange reason. The tanking and healing ones are correct.

Anyone know if you can get the ring back if u destroy it?
(i.e. to do the Exalted ring q later)
I know most other faction based rings cam be gotten back by talking to their quest giver.
Thanks,

For some reason I have three Bands of Eternity in my bags right now. I destroyed two and it didn't abandon the quest and I still have the third, so it's safe.
