Turn on your quest objective outline mode, it'll show up with a purple outline. Found mine at 58.40 67.89, right next to the water.

they drop in RANDOM locations. post coords does nothing to help
also, this ONLY dropped for me in Tier 4
multiple lower clears did nothing

The best way to make sure you've checked every area is simple: if you haven't checked it, there are still adds there. I was able to find them all in about an hour by checking areas where there were adds I hadn't yet killed.

The statue is very tiny, just a head's up.

It has a purple outline like the other treasures.

Found mine in a corner by the stairs, nearest the void pit, in Broken Throne.

I think it is different each week, this week is Broken Throne. Found mine at /way 51.10 49.90

on the ground kind of between the northern most set of steps looking at the entrance map.
instance was not cleared but it was completed. For size reference is was up to my blood elf's knees tall.
It did kind of glow purple, when I cleared the screen (control-Alt-Z) it sparkled.

After searching for an hour and a half, I gave up. So I went for the final boss.

DON'T look for @#$%ing sparkles.

The damn thing is better camouflaged then a brain cell at a MAGA convention.
Instead look for a light grey circular object. It blends very well with rock surfaces. I didnt even register it as a statue at first.
Mine was at some stairs. Coords won't do you any good.

If you're having trouble finding it, go to your settings > Colors > and turn on the Tritanopia colorblind filter. The little dragon sculpture stuck out like a sore thumb for me once I did that
