If you're doing the one in Zul'Aman, the coordinates may be different than the previous comments here. They might be accurate for the event in Eversong Woods.

In Zul'Aman, I found one on a cart located at /way 49.22 53.69.

Based on a comment for the quest Misappropriated Treasures, the items may be randomly placed across the map. But at least you have a place to start.
