Seems like it doesn't drop 战地奖赏 if you're under level 90. Metadata of dropped pouches is saved, so pouches you looted before level 90 will contain no 战地奖赏 even if you open them after reaching level 90.

Those contain 48 new transmog sources. Today I opened 15 caches on a leveling alt and got a single item. It took me 1h45 to collect this single item and there are 48 of them AND you can get duplicates.
I'm tired.
Today is the launch of the new diablo 4 expansion and I'll not be able to play as I have to get those items before people abandon this "content" as it will be purely impossible to complete alone, ON A LEVELING ALT, as those are designed to be farmed by enormous groups.
I imagine myself in 2032 bringing bombs to pillar one by one without flying mount for the 1000th time in the middle of a field of foes that takes 20 seconds to kill just to get the xmog of an offhand I've been farming for the past 6 years.
The amount of fomo and dumb farms in this expansion is beyond everything that has been done in the past.

Blizzard should be ashamed of repeating history with items like these, not only are they a hassle to collect because you have to do it sub-90, but they make it nearly impossible by making drop rates abysmal. You can easily go 20+ without a single item. They do this nonsense every expansion
