Decided to just see what was inside. I got:

I would guess this is just something to dump extra currency into once you have everything you want from this vendor.

Bought two of these:

1st: 44x silver quality herbs and 1x Nocturnal Lotus. On EU auction house as of today my worth was roughly 2100g.

2nd: 50x silver quality herbs, but no Lotus! AH worth 1100g

With no guaranteed Lotus (which is half the value of the bag), and prices likely to move down as the expansion moves forward, this does not seem like good value.
