Not sure what was going on, but for my Brewmaster Monk, this staff was not on the loot table at all until this week (Tuesday June 9th). Previously, the loot table for Chimaerus had only 3 items for Brewmaster Monks: Gaze of the Alnseer, a leather belt, and a tier token. That's it. So you could guarantee a Gaze after no more than 3 sets of bonus rolls. But today when I killed it on Mythic, I got this staff instead, and when I checked the loot table I was shocked to see that there's now a staff. I don't know if this was some kind of bug with my UI, but I never have seen it on the loot table before today, neither in the dungeon journal nor on the tooltip for spending the bonus roll.

Feels like a big troll by Blizz honestly, but I'm willing to keep an open mind to this being some kind of bug as well. Wondering if anyone else has had this experience as well?
