I just looted this helmet cosmetic from a Tier 8 'Archival Assault' delve, so it looks like it can drop from either of the two new K'aresh delves.

I finally got it! Droped from Nemesis Chest 0/4 (clear all nemesis forces!) at the end of Delve 11 Archival Assault Story Variant: Waygate Wiles

I hope they remove the ears and eyebrows from the elf models, as well as ears for vulpera and troll models like how there are no ears on other models so we can enjoy the ethereal aesthetic as it was intended. :)
I love this item and all of it's recolors. It is wonderful.

I got mine today.

I did a Tier 8 Bountiful Nightfall Sanctum. I don't remember which chest I got it from, but it was not the Nemesis chest.

Although, I did kill all the Nemesis enemies.
