I read this as crushing the corpses into void dust after taking the loot, not crushing the loot into void dust.

As far as gimmicks go, a weapon with a built-in 远程拾取器 is pretty nifty.

Imagine if baseball players held their bats at the same area blizzard makes characters hold 2hander maces like this one. This wep went from extremely cool to meh just because of where the character holds it. It loses the weighted feel of a 2hander when you choke up on it like that.

Just in case anybody else is a bit confused by the wording of the on-use, like I was...

It loots the mobs, and turns their corpses into void dust. Not the loot. The loot survives being added to your bag.

And yes, I feel like a numpty for thinking the loot is what gets dustified.
