This cloak gives about -0.52% chance to be crit and about -1.1% damage you take from critical hits. It also increases health by 300, so this cloak is VERY good for PvP as health and resilience are some of the most important stats for all classes in PvP.

This pattern is definitely one of the tougher patterns to add to your collection.
with less than 1% drop rate, it brings a good premium in the AH if the seller knows what they have. On my server, this usually sells for 1200 Gold, and it is the best lvl 70 PVP back tailors can make, so if you ever get around to getting the mats for this (they are expensive post cata) you will make some good money selling the cape.

Keep an eye on the auction house. I run through it on a regular basis just to check for recipes. This one showed up today for 200 gold. I'm sure the person who posted it wasn't reading WOWHEAD.
