This mount is included with the pre-purchase of of the new World of Warcraft expansion: Midnight Heroic (or Epic) Edition. The Epic edition has two extra mounts (not present in the Heroic edition): 虚翼龙鹰 & 虚空之光飙飞者, the latter is basically a combination of the other two mounts, it switches between the light and void forms.

There are three new mounts in the midnight expansion (pre-) ordering:

光翼龙鹰 (The light version) which also grants you the achievement: 英雄版：光翼龙鹰
虚翼龙鹰 (The void version)
虚空之光飙飞者 (The version that cycles between the two colours.) which also grants you the achievement 史诗版：虚空之光飙飞者

While the light version can be gotten by buying the heroic edition, the other two are only obtainable by buying the epic edition.
