Got the belt, went to hit dornagal dummies, after 5 mins had 0 procs on the belt...

Edit: After a reload it started working. Yet the "lighting rod" effect instead showing every 3 secs for 15 secs only shows once.
"Charged Bolts" appear to make no damage, and there is no bolts. Your character only starts sparkling.
Dont have a clue is Charged bolts have any effect at long range as it appears to do nothing as a warlock

It appears to be useless crap. Kills Nitro Boosts, so it's totally unusable.

They need to give Engineers a replacement toy.

You can enchant your belt, and it will eat the mats, acting like it worked, but it doesn't. You just lost your mats, and nothing happens.

If it's a choice, many will probably stick with an older belt, and not used this crappy thing.

Blizzard has been trying their best to kill engineering for a long time now, and I have it on almost every toon.

It's too bad the potions are such crap. There's just no replacement.

Does this thing only work in delves? All the stat bonuses disappear when you leave.
