the quest has not been ported over to live from ptr on wowhead yet so i will post the info here on the item page. you need to look for plants around the flower beds that you can click. attack the groups of flowers and some will become able to be attacked. kill them and loot the quest items. you will need to hit several packs. the flower beds are both at the edge and on the inside portions.

The quest item doesnt show up anywhere so as soon as you get the amount needed you will see a warning quest complete.

You have to Phase Dive to complete this quest. Jsut run to the location and kill the flowers and you will get your item.
