It's looking like when you transform into the mount, where you hold your weapons in raptor form, is only client-side :(

So other people can't see you walking around with your fancy weapons in Jani form.

Blizz needs to tweak this mount where everyone can see it hold a weapon (especially shields) and have a ability to have Jani not hold any weapon.

RIP. Doesn't hold any weapon on hunter class. Tried with ranged weapon, two-handed melee weapon and one-handed melee weapon.

Sooo I just submitted a screenshot of how a shield looks while using this mount and its the ugliest thing that exists. Please blizzard remove the shields from this mount... I wanted to use it on my shaman but I'm gonna pass until it gets fixed

Just in case anyone was wondering, on classes with shields, it does the very common 'your shield is buried in your back/brain' thing instead of being held. Not surprising (Hivemind had this issue since conception) but still somewhat disappointing.
