On a Brewmaster in Mythic+, only <8 keys though they're around my ilevel, the cooldown averages about 90 seconds instead of 120

I never got to use it with the 22 second CDR, but I have to imagine that was a typo or was insanely busted

This trinket isn't an inferior Chromebustible Bomb Suit : Large pulls can reduce the cooldown substancially.
For instance the first pull of Cinderbrew Meadery reduced its cooldown by 75 seconds, making it twice as efficient as the other one.

This is a highly underrated trinket, esp for Mythic+.

In M+, the cooldown is about 40 secs, but it can be shorter. I tank with a guardian druid and this trinket is capable of doing more healing (absorb) than any other ability I have, around 150-180m per run seems typical for the +8-12 range. At the 684 level it can absorb up to 11.5 million damage per use.

Ringing RItual Mud really makes a difference in terms of survivability. It can be used as an extra defensive in a raid environment as well, but I think M+ is where it really shines.
