You can now go do Vault of the Wardens. And return with last orb at last boss return to 4 color area if do Owl part and you can pick up Sentry Statue.. tried to drop it on Locked Owl in Ratts place. Kara. too unlock owl .. didn't work it was wasted gone but i did get Magnifying glass pop up above my head but no unlocking of the Owl .gonna try drop another one at next owl and see what happens , Then if that don't work , I'm stuck

The statue needs to be dropped in Glazers room but in the middle of the area BEFORE you go down the stairs. Screenshot submitted.

I am desperate.

I've already taken all the steps and have already been able to pick up the Sentry Statue once and start the statue puzzle in Glazer's room.
But I didn't finish it because it was already late. The next morning I went back into the instance, reset it beforehand, killed all the bosses
and went into the secret room with my owl, the torch and the orb from the final boss. No Sentry Statue. I've been writing to Blizzard support
for 2 days, but they won't help. How do I get this statue back? That can't be...

nothing dropped by Glazer for this, just be sure to loot.
no statue in the room to pick up
cannot get light orb to remain overhead
------------
SO..i reset and started again.
This time after last boss, used torch and then picked up the light orb and it stayed with me back to the start
found statue and made it to the puzzle room.
