Does any one know if you can keep the map for a future Delve Tier 8 run, or do you have to use it right away in that run?

You can only have one delver's bounty buff at a time, for eample, if you use a bounty delve 8 you cannot also use another one for a lower tier delve. You either must complete the delve at the tier your buff shows (or higher) or you must right-click the buff to remove it. You will not be refunded the bounty either.

So be careful which tier delver's bounty you are using to avoid using the wrong ones.

Map item is unique, so when I had a second one drop it did get sent to my mailbox and sat there for up to 30 days. If you have one, you're not missing out if you decide to keep hold of it to optimise your drops from a higher tier delve.
