drop rate is very low i didnt get it after doing all the treasures around the event with 4 characters.

I'm starting to think there is some kind of quest completion required before it drops. I've opened hundreds over the last few days and haven't seen it yet.

I found the best spot to farm this is at the Hallowfall-Azjkahet junction by Light's Redoubt. There are a bunch of good spawn locations for the Arathi chest hoards and this particular item doesn't need to be looted near the farm. Seems to be the most tedious of the drops in my experiences.

Just anecdotal but I got it from a 'Rotting Crate' at 64.91, 33.25

I have figured this out!

Okay, so chest spawn in batches around Hallowfall. Once, you have found the area where all the chests spawn and have looted them, then a new batch will spawn somewhere else in Hallowfall.

I found Lilly's locket in the batch around 67.27, 53.52. This area is outside of Light's Blooming, which means you can find this Locket in those chests across the map.

Lastly, this took me about 100-200 attempts. I wish you luck! <3

Just to clerafy
You don't need to be in the farm area for 莉莉的吊坠 I flew between the 3 delves in 陨圣峪 and looted all chest I could see. I got it within 30 minutes. I didn't have a torch

Took me about 30 阿拉希财宝箱, not sure If I got lucky or if the drop chance got increased

Honestly thought this was bugged, I had all the other criteria of 农场生活 and I must have opened hundreds of 阿拉希财宝箱 to eventually get this months, no, over a year into this achievement.

Looted Lily's Locket from Arathi Treasure Hoard. Arathi Treasure Hoard spawned 30 Minutes after I killed Beledar, and the Zone turned to light again. Not sure if it is nessesary to kill Beledar or not. Looted it after my 18 Chest.

ThePatron2 gave the tip for killing Beledar.
