As of the arrival of Undermine (11.1) the Ringing Depths co-ords have shifted 4 points West. You're looking for a vein of crystals of the same colour. From North to South:

Just a tip if you are dumb like me and running around, not seeing what's in the screenshots. I had to hover over the shard before it highlighted - I didn't see a glow and accidentally highlighted it while running over it, haha.
