very good design but not worth of wasting time in brd when you are leveling.

Pretty low drop rate, expect to be farming this awhile. If you don't have the Shadowforge key, you will need to get it first. The quest for that starts by dying and talking to the ghost on the way in the instance.

For those who can't remember the layout of BRD, or it's been years since you were there, I'll do my best to explain the directions to the boss that drops the design:

1 - Immediately on entering the dungeon turn left and head through the clickable door
2 - Head down a bit and then head right through a second clickable door (if you reach the corridor with Bael'Gar, you've missed it)
3 - Directly on the left wall through the second clickable door, go through a third clickable door called "East Garrison Door" (if you reach the open area of the Detention Block you've missed it)
4 - In this next room, interact with the Shadowforge Lock directly in front of you below the giant cog (this opens a door)
5 - Head up the ramp in this same room, then head northeast down a corridor (if you reach the Ring of Law you've taken a second ramp and missed the corridor)
6 - The corridor will eventually take you to the West Garrison
7 - The map gets a bit funny here, but you need to take the first right upon entering the West Garrison and you'll find the boss at the end of this next room, The Manufactory
