Why would anyone willingly ever put this on them? It literally states its going to, potentially "Rarely" gimp you when you fight. Such a horrible item design. Just why.

I received an ilvl 603 version of this out of a delve. I tested it on a training dummy for several minutes and got it to proc three times. My character turns ethereal and all three times it chose my highest secondary stat (crit) each time. I lost about 5% crit when it proc'ed. I did not see my main stat (int) go up at all when this happened though.* ~~I don't know if it's bugged or if it is working and just not displaying~~. I realize this is highly anecdotal and three proc's is not a big sample size by any means. I am curious to other people's results/observations.

* - Edit: It was a client side UI bug. Restarting the game I now see the main stat gain every time I equip it. Sorry for being dumb!

Tested this for a little under 10 minutes, and had it proc 5 times, so around a ~0.5 ppm

The stat it chooses seems to be random, as I had all four selected, crit twice

Really not too bad of a trinket

After some quick testing (ilvl 603):

It appears to be a 1.29% chance to proc. I had 10 procs over 775 casts.
There was approximately 11% uptime for the 10 applications in 15 minutes.

Note: This was just casting Wrath as a Restoration Druid (1.2-second cast), essentially one cast per global cooldown. This should be the worst-case scenario.

I will run some m0 dungeons and see the overall uptime in a real world test. I will edit this post with my findings.

For my Assass Rogue, this trinket Sims better than the Spyglass at the same ilvl, has anyone else experienced this?

drop for me 603 Ilvl and done full delver run and had onlye debuff for 44 sec ( 4.9% ) in full run. looks like very nice trinket for my affic lock.

With around a 1% proc chance and around 10% uptime on the debuff, that means around 2.5% of the time your best secondary stat will be reduced for the benefit of A LOT of primary stat and mastery 100% of the time.

This is a stat stick trinket that has some RNG on when it will be less optimal, but it's uptime is so low on the debuff it doesn't matter. Even if the uptime was higher, for almost every scenario the benefits outweigh the negative.

Can someone please make a weakaura for this, showing me a icon when the debuff is up so I don't use my majors then?

The debuff is removable by using Cloak of Shadows.

The debuff you get is 影缚仪式刻刃. Could be useful to track it for classes that can remove it - so far I'm aware of Pala with Divine Shield, and Rogue with Cloak.

Is it confirmed that this item is still in the delve loot pool for War Within season 2? It is listed on QE Live as one of the best hero track trinkets for healers, but the creator of that website (Voulk) said that it's included only because they haven't confirmed whether or not it's been removed from the loot table.
