For 温暖舒适, get this at the Obsidian Citadel from 档案员艾德蕾丝 (25.11,56.24). You will need have the questline in Obsidian Citadel complete in order to see her.

To locate 档案员艾德蕾丝 on alts you do not have completed the Obsidian Citadel questline if you already have on another character. Fly to the Obsidian Bulwark and locate 卡伦多尔姆 and request to skip the questline on your alt.

You do *not* need to do the quest skip! If you have not obtained up the Obsidian Citadel, then Archivist Edress will instead be located at the Obsidian Bulwark! /way #2022 43.77, 67.28 Archivist Edress

If you're on an alt and you are doing the daycare quests and looking for the "Obsidian Gemstone", go to Kalendormu, located at the Obsidian Bulwark (he's the highlighted yellow dragon as soon as you get there) and skip the quest line. It will then bring you back to the Obsidian Citadel. Right in front of you once you are teleported, you'll see the stairs where Wrathion and Sabellion sit--Archivist Edress is highlighted with an ( ! ) exclaimation mark on the right side. She is not at Obsidian Bulwark like someone had mentioned.

In order to see her, do the above and you should have no problems. I just did it myself this morning.
