I wouldn't even consider buying these since the latest patches and expansions. If you want a cool looking level 60 shoulder to blow some points on, get the warlords plate shoulders . They cost less marks, have better stats, and an even better set bonus if you are considering buying more pieces for the hell of it. Just don't buy these, they are not worth it and will be replaced in outlands easily.

幽暗城守护者 Transmog set.

The 污染者的板甲护肩 are an essential transmog item for those seeking to look like a 幽暗城守护者. They are limited to Warriors and Paladins of the Horde of course. Any Alliance Warrior or Paladin wanting to look Hordey can use 高地板甲护肩. Alas there is no identical colour match for Death Knights wishing to lord it over the Forsaken in Lordaeron.

Other items are Brutish Plate from Exalted Plate (Recolor), ~~with an alternative easier source for the legs being 战争统帅护腿 from 大酋长雷德·黑手 in Blackrock Spire with almost a 1 in 3 drop chance~~.* The 蛮兽头盔 or 哥特板甲头盔 aren't a perfect match but the closest you will find.

*item removed in 6.0 :( although Brutal legs still remain in game as of writing.

Use the 奥格瑞玛战袍 Horde only, obviously. Although if you can persuade your Alliance guild to redesign their tabard, that would work! :)

Use 冰冻死亡之斧 (if you kept it from the quest) to finish the look. Sadly there appears to be no perfect substitute for the axe, since the one look alike didn't make it into the game and the 湮灭之刃 is a recolour. Until transmog restrictions are relaxed (if ever) to allow white items to be used, you can still use the vendor bought 土灵勇士的劈斩刀 for Roleplay purposes.

On the subject of Roleplay, you'll notice that the Overseers are a little bit bigger than player characters. For the best match (assuming you're an Orc) you'll need 1 暗月火酒 to make you a bit too big and then 5 亚口鱼油 to scale yourself to the right size. Also while patrolling the Undercity you can /salute emote the other Overseer NPCs and they will salute you back. :)
