Good for warriors and paladins, tank or DPS. Compared to other plate equips, anyway. Unless you're heading for the level 48 ones and don't wanna spend the honor and tokens for this baby, you should get it once you can; its a worthwhile bonus.

Level 40 requirement? I think there are a couple more like that, but the cloth and leather i know have a level 38 requirement :-/
