You can choice only one and are 4. All of data is given with 249 ilvl.

Fire is a proc to deal 15841 of fire dmg.
Water is a proc to heal 23777, can be you or a nearby ally of your target.
Stone is a proc to get a shield of 32150 for 30 sec.
Air is a proc to get 337 of Mastery for 20 sec.

Fire and Air can be taken when deal damage. Stone taken when deal damage, heal or take damage. And Water when deal damage or heal.

Right now in Beta Build 10.0.2.46144 you'll lose your buff on deaths, but you can get it back just by swapping trinkets (or re-equipping this one).
I found a second one, so I was curious what happens at the ritual, but the buff is shared and not tied to the trinket I was wearing/using, so you can't prepare different trinkets for the buffs you want in different situations ;-)

Seems like the ritual is no longer required to be done and a blessing is automatically given/chosen for you.

I noticed when you die, you lose the buff from the ritual and re-gain the mastery one from default.

For those searching, note there's a village by the name of Uktulut Pier in the north of the zone. This does NOT refer to the pier at the Uktulut Outpost in the south.

This item is a reference to Avatar: The Last Airbender. You summon 4 turtles to give u 1 of the 4 elements, just like in Avatar where the Lion Turtles were the ones who originally gave people their bending.

When using this item at the coordinates (on a small patch of grass in the middle of a little shaded pool), 4 turtles spawn - one for each element. You can walk toward one and receive that turtle's elemental blessing (when you touch the little elemental orb in front of the turtle). The blessing has no duration. Un-equipping and re-equipping the trinket will remove and re-add your buff (based on the last element buff you had).

The trinket has no cooldown, so you can change your chosen elemental buff at will (as long as you're at the Ritual site).

The Wowhead links to these buffs don't have the same info as in-game tooltips readily available, so I've captured them below.

For an epic itemlevel 372 version of this, for a level 70 intel class (Preservation Evoker), here's what I saw for each buff:

The Wind buff is the default one, it is called Wind Turtle's Blessing. The in-game tooltip reads: "Your harmful spells and abilities have a chance to grant you 1310 mastery for 20 sec."
The Fire buff is called Flame Turtle's Blessing. The in-game tooltip reads: "Your harmful spells and abilities have a chance to deal an extra 39438 fire damage."
The Earth buff is called Stone Turtle's Blessing. The in-game tooltip reads: "Taking damage as well as dealing harmful and helpful abilities have a chance to shield you for 80042 for 30 sec."
The Water buff is called Sea Turtle's Blessing. The in-game tooltip reads: "Your helpful and harmful abilities have a chance to heal you or an ally near your target for 59198."

Based on the tooltips: all seem to trigger on harmful abilities, but only Earth and Water trigger on helpful abilities, and only Earth triggers on taking damage.

Edit: Blizzard fixed the element reverting to Wind on death. Source: https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/t/wow-hotfixes-updated-december-6/1426316 This makes it much less painful to maintain, but keeps the flexibility of letting you change if you want based on your group or spec - a major improvement especially for folks that didn't love fallback Wind/Mastery buff.

Currently the Fire and Air buffs (Fire = Damage proc on damaging spells/abilities, Air = Mastery proc) are NOT working if you are a melee class. Tested on a rogue after looting it this evening.

Personal preference (YMMV), it makes a nice early tanking/healing trinket. For DPS, there are better dungeon/raid trinkets, but a really solid trinket for WQ to have less downtime. I will probably try to re-acquire it each tier just for solo play.

Wowhead doesn't currently show this on the loot table, but a 379 version of this trinket dropped from Blisterhide, one of the 4 rares that spawns together in the NW corner of Azure Span.

Doesn't currently work in instances you walk in. So mythic and m+ this trinket will only give you main stat.

It's really frustrating that the buff stays the same regardless of what spec you are in. They've done so much to make swapping specs easy, but I have to go to a specific spot on the map to switch buffs every time I swap specs.

Go to /way #2022 43.53 36.79 Turtle Ritual

Little center island where there are turtles and a mature thunder lizard.

Stand on the island, equip the trinket and click on it.

4 large turtles will appear, each one will provide an animation that corresponds to the blessing that Yuriken described above.

You just need to walk over the blessing you want and it's done. The rest disappears. The buff now shows at the right top like your other buffs. I just had to make a guess what looked like the 'sea turtle's blessing' for mine because there was no description when you hover over each turtle. The animation for the water and wind buffs were almost similar.

I got an ilevel 366 from the Dragonbane weekly. I ran Nokhud Offensive M0. Restoration Shammy. Picked 海龟的祝福. This was #3 of my healing for 18.7%, For my gear and ilevel, the proc was 64,034 on the tool tip.

Picked up two 379 trinkets today. Made me wonder if you could set up a different buff per trinket and swap out if/when situation warranted.

Short answer is no, you can not. Changing either trinket changes the other as well. Even if 1 trinket is left in bank.

Too bad, would have been a nice novelty

Holy priest here.

I got a 385 off a rare in waking shores and have been testing the water buff, the sea turtle blessing.

This states that my helpful and harmful abilities have a chance to heal me or an ally near to me for 67527.

After many a mythic+, it seems to be doing about 5-7% of my total heals for the dungeon, with one random fluke being 9%.

It also shows it went off about 40-50 times in a dungeon over about 30 minutes total with about 20-30 of them being applied to myself.

It also shows that it can crit.

Any advice for farming this trinket ? I try to do do the weekly chests (great hunt, obsidian keep...) and kill rares, but it being a shared drop means I'm not sure if there is a better way to farm it.

I’ve been using the shield version as a devastation evoker in mythic+ to cut down on forced movement, heals/self healing and wtf moments and it usually pulls well over 1 million absorbed. Been thinking about swapping to mastery but idk if it would really be as much of a upgrade once I have to start watching myself closer

386 BM Hunter, 372 version of the trinket.

I use the mastery buff and the trinket is amazing. Uptime is really good too. One thing I do have a gripe about, however minimal it may be, is that it has a 30 second wait added to it whenever you equip it. This is unfortunate, because it is actually NOT an "on use" effect, it is a chance to proc, so there shouldn't be a CD when you equip it.

The "Use" refers to when you commune with the Primal Turtles to gain the blessing. Hopefully blizz updates this to address that.

As a tank trinket, the 原始海龟之壳 (from the 石龟的祝福) contributed to around 10.1%~16.2% of my self-healing in various Mythic+ dungeon runs (keystone level 11~17).

For some reason, as of today my trinket keeps resetting to Wind every time I enter a timewalking dungeon. It didn't ever do this before as far as I know. Is anyone else having this same issue?

At ilvl 385 the mastery buff is +1421, with an extremely high uptime (sometimes close to 50%) which is pretty sick for fury warrior. I don´t understand why it´s not at least worth an honorable mention amongst BiS trinkets.

Just got 392 ilvl one from Worldcarver A'tir. My gear was on drop moment 395. So looks like 385 max rule got some exceptions.

I got two identical ones, both 379 ilvl, identical stats, no sockets, etc. I was hoping I could set one to Earth for tanking, and the second to Water for healing. But unfortunately they share the same setting, changing one also changes the other. Maybe two non-identical ones might allow different settings.

This is an amazing healer trinket. I have a 382 and I use it over my 418 tinkets. This on average is 3-4% of my overall healing sometimes its 2%, i've have it do 15% of my healing before. Very underrated for healers.

Not going to lie. This trinket is insanely OP at last the tank varient. I was stuck with this trinket at 369 ilvl for like 2 months because of just how freaking good the shield it gives is. I was simming all these good trinkets I got. 395, 402, etc none of them were better than this 369 trinket. I wish there was a way to upgrade the ilvl on this. If it could get up to 402 ilvl. Hell even get a 389 it'd probably STILL surpass the trinket I just got to replace it. Seriously maddening how strong a random open world rare drop trinket is. I got it not long after dinging 70 and was still using it with my ilvl at 396. Now that it is FINALLY upgraded. I am at ilvl 398. Close to breaking that 400. Also, apparently my new trinket. Which is 395 ilvl. 26 ilvl higher is only a 1% upgrade.
