THe trinkets you get from this are awesome. i love the caster trinket. and it is a really good they nerfed useing both the + dmg trinkets at the same time. because Mages/locks were pretty much unstoppable

Hakkar only drops one for the entire raid.
Since it's a 20-man raid, the chance of actually getting one is extremely small. 1 out of 20 for EACH time you enter the raid. Slightly less if people pass it/have already done it.
Meaning, if you're really unlucky you can do this Raid over 100 of times, and could be exalted 3 times without even getting this item dropped for you. And that is really just the bad thing about (uncontrolled) Raids.

Level 76 Hunter (me)

Level 80 Shaman

We killed... All the High Priests and then went to Hakkar and killed him... lucky enough i got all the epic loot he dropped and it was my turn to loot him so i got the mojo as well!

The loot was:

Massive Mojo x1

Powerful Mojo x3-4

Fang of the Faceless

The Eye of Hakkar

Heart of Hakkar

I won this all and the group was like "Omg wtf" and "Congrats" :P

I'm about to hand in the Heart now ^^

As of Cataclysm you can't complete the quest anymore.
You can still accept it but the npc you are supposed to turn it in at, along with all the other npcs at the island, has been removed.
I forgot to use mine but i still have it in my inventory.

Asked a GM about it and said it was no use anymore. Told him if they had any plans on bringing it back and he told me no, that we should delete it.

So here it is, we should delete it, unless you are a RP or Collector.

The reward of this quest was either 赞达拉英雄徽记,赞达拉英雄护符 or 赞达拉英雄勋章.
