The normal damage is about 9439 nature damage at 5 stacks, which seems ludicrously low, I'm guessing it must have a high proc rate.
On the members that got the trinket, it seems to be hitting rarely for 1600-4100 damage and is less than 1% of their damage, like 110k over 3 minutes while the ragefeather from Nokhud is doing far more damage.

Yeah this Trinket is @#$%, Got it on my healer from the Weekly x4 Mythic event, Does Zero damage & dosen't trigger from healing :_(

Got the Heroic 411 variant today on my Disc priest from the weekly Mythic quest.
It does about 13% of my dps on the dungeon dummy, somewhere around the same dps Mind Blast and Purge the Wicked are doing.

Just because I'm sure everyone is wondering how much damage the proc of this trinket does. I got the ilvl 411 version of it on my frost mage, current avg ilvl of 359. This trinket did the following damage/percentage per boss fight in a M+:

* Fenryr: 50.3k (5.1% of my total dmg)
* Skovald: 73.8k (6.6%)
* Odyn: 125.8k (7.3%)

And then LFR Vault:

* Dathea: 412.9k (6.4%)

So overall, not too bad, probably about 4-8% of your damage depending on the fight and ilvl of your trinket.

Why does it drop for healers tho? I got it on HPriest and PEvoker (yes, loot set to healing spec). I'm not mad but it's just odd.

After the first time you reach 5 stacks the debuff procs on the target and when it expires you get one stack, then you need 6 stacks for the dmg proc and you get 2 stacks, and so on.
it does not jump to nearby targets only hits your main target. It does not reset if you switch targets also.
I reached 53 stacks of the trinket buff, the Spiteful Stormbolt was hitting for 189.291 Nature damage over 3 seconds at 28.447 per second (screenshot attached).
Doing a quick sum for 53 stacks the trinket has procced 1,431 times over 49 mins =~29.2 procs per minute or 0.48 per second. Half way i noticed that the Stormbolt accounted for 2.5% of the dmg and at the end it records 2.8%.
Im not very impressed by this dmg tbh.

Can proc off of non-combat spells like Blink if you have something targeted. Edit: Can also pull bosses. Hopefully that hotfix actually goes live soon!

Be careful Rogues (or any class that uses stealth/CC), entering stealth or using Sap adds a stack, so if you're at 4 stacks and sap a target the trinket procs and aggros them. The stacks do not have a duration on them either.

Currently you can build the stacks necessary to proc the effect when casting abilities across your entire class spellbook, such as Rogues applying poisons to their weapons, or Mages conjuring food.
Useful for pre-loading prior to combat.
Note, however. If you're a stealth class- this detail applies at all times.
Sap, Blind, or any form of CC may activate the damage proc without it being specifically intended, leading to the CC being broken.
Hopefully that particular issue will be fixed soon.

Just got this trinket on my BM Hunter ilvl 391 and thought i would try it out.

Did a 40 minute fight on a training dummy in valdrakken.

1. Barbed shot 12M dmg
2. Kill command 10,3M dmg
3. Kill command 9,8M dmg
4. Spiteful stormbolt 4,65M dmg
5. Melee pet1 4,58M dmg
6. Melee pet2 4,55M dmg
7. Bite (pet) 4,29M dmg
8. autoshot 4,28M dmg

Got up to 50 stacks on the trinket and average damage was 13017.
Min hits: 1755 dmg
Max hits: 25100 dmg
Total dps: 2090.
6% Uptime

When casting spells in to fast succesion it wont register for example during BL when i tranq shot and silence to fast one wont count.
I have regrets xD
