Given that the Equip indicates there's also a Fire and Earth version I wonder if the order you kill them will determine which type you get? E.g. kill the fire guy last and you'll get the fire version.

The trinket gives a different stat depending on your role.
Tank: Versatility
Healer: Haste
DPS: Crit

Tested these in raid today.

There is no buff associated with the baseline stat described in Icybell's comment. The rest of this list covers the proc.
As the text says, it will only proc if at least one other player with a different role (Tank/Heal/DPS) is also wearing the trinket.
If you have one of each role represented, you get a better proc (example: 受到冰霜和火焰的激励 versus 受到冰霜的激励)
There appears to be a maximum range (probably ~40 yards) you can be from the other trinket wearers. In a raid-split situation like Broodkeeper, people were getting weaker procs (see examples in bullet 2).
Uptime seems to be about 37% +/- 10%

Update: Removed finding about trinket wearers needing to be in the same party as the 2023-01-04 hotfix patch notes indicate that this requirement has been removed.
