The 咒启寒球 scales with your secondary stats fx crit and versatility. (not intellect) The trinket can crit, however as a frost mages it does not benefit from mobs that are frozen or scales with your rune of power. Making it best to just use it whenever it's off cooldown. As of (Patch 10.0.2) mages are not allowed to need roll on this. (and probably not showing up in your vault either) Meaning you will need a friendly healer to trade it to you. Probably a oversight by blizzard.

Rolled Need for it on a Shadow Priest but no number showed up and couldn't get it.

For those confused: This is classified as a healer trinket. Meaning if your class doesn't have a healing spec you can't roll on that trinket at all.

It's honestly a bit dumb, considering just how much damage that trinket does on a short cooldown. Getting 1 flat ~1k dps out of this trinket is kinda nice for most classes.

For those of you looking to have this just do it without thinking from a healers perspective, Because I can't find anything online about this...
The trinket wants you to have a target for it to work. Bind it to your most commonly used spell.

Set a focus on the boss or whatever to cast it on and forget it.

#showtooltip *insert spell name*(eg. Echo)
/target
/use Conjured Chillglobe
/targetlasttarget
/cast [] *insert spell name*(eg. Echo)

We have had this trinket pull mobs upstairs in Temple of the Jade Serpent and brick our key. This must be a bug, but be careful.

As a healer main, this feels pretty weak? I can't see the benefit of giving up a better proc based trinket or otherwise, just for a bit of mana occasionally (1/2 or a 1/3 of a mana pot) or a bit of damage, which won't tip the balance anyway.

Funny how this is a healer intended trinket yet is absurdly good for mages as a damage trinket, it simply cannot compete with mana pots or an alacritous alchemist stone in terms of mana generation.
