Has anyone got this to drop? I have about 25 Kokia Blazehoof kills (10 in a row) and still this trinket does not drop for me or anyone else in the group.

Yes it drops I got it either yesterday or the day before so its definitely in the game. I have been farming heroic for gear and it takes many runs to get the item(s) your after, curse you RNG!

I tested this trinket with a few Mythic dungeon run. Using the trinket at cooldown, the burnout waves contributed to around 1.9% ~ 3.8% of my damage done as a tank. The 烈焰火海之缚 buff had an uptime around 17%, effectively providing an amount of strength slightly less than half the amount of its haste.

Therefore, I think this trinket is primarily a haste trinket, with an on-use effect to temporarily boost your strength.

I'm not sure if it's just this trinket or if there is a greater issue but it currently has a visual glitch for me. I'm using this and Windscar Whetstone and whenever I pop my Windscar this will show it going on cd for 20 seconds. I can't actually click and use this trinket, however, until about 7 or so seconds after it visually shows it is ready for use.
