Just the right duration and cooldown to max out your kingsbane/deathmark on pull, and not have to worry about pressing it again in a dungeon boss. In raid it's really going to depend on fight duration whether there are better alternatives.

It's also the most infuriatingly designed trinket ever released - from a Rogue POV. The cast time is a bit of a feelsbadman but combining with the fact that THE TRINKET WILL UNSTEALTH YOU WHEN CAST makes it insanely frustrating to use in PUG dungeons. After a few dungeons with random tanks I was ready to vendor this thing, no matter how good the burst boost is. It's like tanks have a sixth sense for pulling the boss at the exact moment you're casting the trinket (preventing a re-stealth unless you vanish, and destroying your DPS in the process).

Powerful trinket that lines up well with rogue burst, but for the sake of your sanity do not use it in PUGs. Save it for the bois in discord.

It is absolutely a mistake that the cast time is not included in the tooltip, I took it from the vault and couldnt figure out why it wasnt proccing for me.

Too much hassle for a little gain. No idea why it's considered an S-tier trinket. A, but probably B to me.

3 minute timer is just sinking it against other trinkets. If this was on two minutes and 2/3rds the mastery it gives it would be 100% better and be A tier at least for nearly all specs. 2 minutes is the sweet zone for 20 seconds uptime and lining up with other cooldowns. Can't stress how awkward this is.
