雷鸣暴流指环 is one of 3 rings used to purchase 象牙商人的奥獭 sold by 塔图基亚卡 in Iskaara, the main city for the tuskarr.

To purchase the 象牙商人的奥獭 you'll need to bring 3 dungeon rings. These rings can be from any difficulty, at any ilevel and it doesn't matter if they have procced a socket or speed etc. They can also be from different difficulties, say for an example, one from normal, one from hc and one from mythic. You can also farm them while leveling in normal, since the ilvl doesn't matter.

The Rings required are:
雷鸣暴流指环 from 狂怒风暴 (2nd boss) in
不稳定的奥术指环 from 莱魔 (1st boss) in 碧蓝魔馆
白金星辰指环 from 维克萨姆斯 (1st boss) in 艾杰斯亚学院 & can be chosen as a quest reward from 艾杰斯亚学院

Drop rate on this must be terrible. I've run this instance so many times now. Have only seen it drop once & the tank immediately equipped it.
Blizz, you guys have GOT to buff your drop rates!

Drop rate is bs. Been running for 2 days, got multiple swords and wrists which according to wowhead are only 3-6%. NO RING which wowhead states as 27%

For anyone who doesn't want to go with people from the LFG tool, I have been doing the second boss only on normal as a 398 Vengeance DH. Got the ring to drop after a couple of tries. Nothing fancy, HP didn't really go below 98%, just cleared the standard 4 packs and then the boss. No potions or food used but tbh they might help to speed it up a little. Took around 2m 15s to kill the boss itself.

Flew in, trash, boss, out, reset, repeat.
