Like previous (recent) fluxes, the price gets lower with rep.
Make sure you buy your flux from the people you have the highest reputation with! :)

Lowest price in Dragonflight 10.0 with max rep is 12 gold.
Best place is probably near the blacksmith in your home city (Orgrimmar or Stormwind), since that is the place you most likely already have on exalted rep :)

These can also be looted from 黑曜熔炉主管的宝箱, from 熔炉主管巴则恩图斯, as a reward from 解锁过去, the repeatable 修复的黑曜钥匙 turn-in quest. I have verified this twice, now. See screenshot below:
