~~I received confirmation on January 30th 2020 by a GM that this item will not give the appearances of 罪邪候选者的法杖 nor 罪邪候选者的巨剑.~~

Edit: I was happily proved wrong and I can confirm that using this item unlocks the appearances of both 罪邪候选者的法杖 and 罪邪候选者的巨剑 for all your characters, regardless of the class that used the item.
