To begin 尖啸者之魂 you need 尖啸者之魂, after return the quest speak with 曼恩女士 to change your 灵魂变形 Skin.

/way 38,2, 24,8 Lady Muunn (Inside Heart of the Forest)

尖啸者之魂 has chance to drop from 唤雾者 the second Boss in Mists of Tirna Scithe Dungeon.

is it really that rare to drop or is it an easy to get?

Got this to drop today from Mistcaller on normal difficulty

Can anyone confirm if they've ever received this from a mythic+ end of dungeon chest?

Got mine on Heroic, so seem to drop on all difficulties.

Got it doing Threads of Fate at level 55, so you don't have to be max level to get this.

Did so many M+ runs and never got the drop. Just soloed on normal and got it :)
